Role Overview

AI Architect

You'll work closely with Data Scientists, AI/ML Engineers, Software Developers, and Government SMEs to deliver state-of-the-art AI solutions that benefit citizens, residents, and visitors alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the

  architecture and design

  of complex AI systems with a strong focus on

  Generative AI

  (LLMs, Diffusion Models, GANs).
• Define

  end-to-end AI solution architectures

  ensuring scalability, reliability, and integration with existing government systems.
• Champion and implement

  GenAI frameworks

  such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangSmith, LangFlow, and LangGraph for rapid prototyping and deployment.
• Architect and supervise

  data pipelines

  for training, fine-tuning, and evaluating GenAI models on sensitive and large-scale datasets.
• Drive

  MLOps & AIOps best practices

  for production-grade deployment using tools like Kubeflow, MLflow, and Airflow.
• Select and integrate diverse data technologies relational (PostgreSQL),

  vector databases (Milvus)

  , and

  graph databases (Neo4j)

  for advanced semantic and RAG-based AI use cases.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define business problems and translate them into scalable AI architectures.
• Stay up to date with the latest in

  Generative AI research and tooling

  , recommending improvements to enhance the Factory's AI stack.
• Ensure compliance with

  AI ethics, transparency, and regulatory frameworks

  while implementing responsible AI safeguards.
• Prepare clear architectural documentation and present solutions to technical and executive audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in

  Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence

  , or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a

  Solution Architect / Technical Architect

  with a focus on

  AI/ML and Generative AI

  .
• Deep hands-on expertise in designing and implementing solutions using LLMs, Diffusion Models, or GANs.
• Proficiency in

  Python

  and GenAI toolkits: LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, LangFlow, LangSmith.
• Strong background in

  MLOps

  , containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and deployment orchestration (Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow).
• Experience architecting data workflows for large and complex datasets (preferably

  Azure

  or equivalent cloud).
• In-depth knowledge of vector, graph, and relational databases (e.g., Milvus, Neo4j, PostgreSQL).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills ability to translate business challenges into AI architectures.
• Familiarity with

  distributed training

  and

  efficient inference

  for large-scale GenAI models (especially on-prem GPU systems).
• Self-driven, innovative, and passionate about continuous learning in AI advancements.

• Hands-on experience implementing
