Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Agentic AI:
Architect autonomous workflows using Python and frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen for voice interfaces.
IVR Integration:
Build robust integrations between AI agents and telephony platforms/enterprise systems (EHR/CRM) via APIs.
AI Safety:
Implement strict guardrails to prevent PII/PHI leaks, mitigate hallucinations, and ensure HIPAA compliance.
LLM Engineering:
Fine-tune LLMs and design prompts for complex reasoning and multi-step tasks.
Deployment:
Deploy scalable solutions on AWS/Azure/GCP using Docker and Kubernetes.

Must-Have Skills:

4+ years in AI/ML, specifically with Agentic AI or Conversational AI.
Expert proficiency in Python.
Hands-on experience integrating AI with IVR or Telephony systems.
Mandatory experience in Healthcare/Health Insurance (Knowledge of HIPAA & Guardrails is critical).
Experience with AI Guardrails (NeMo, AWS Bedrock) and MLOps.
