AI Agents Builder (Automation & Workflow Engineer)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled AI Agents Builder to join our growing automation and AI engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying intelligent AI agents and autonomous workflows using tools like N8N, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, Zapier, and other no-code/low-code platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of AI, workflow automation, and product development — turning business logic into scalable AI-powered systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Build AI agents using platforms like N8N, LangChain, OpenAI, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma).

• Design autonomous workflows that can execute tasks across tools (email, CRMs, data APIs, cloud apps).

• Integrate multiple APIs, AI models, and webhooks into seamless agent-driven processes.

• Build smart automations to support business ops, marketing, SEO, and customer support functions.

• Develop internal tools and dashboards to monitor AI agents’ performance and outputs.

• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on agent behavior using prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and memory functions.

• Collaborate with design, data, and dev teams to turn complex use cases into intuitive solutions.

• Maintain documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices for agent development.

Must-Have Skills

• Hands-on experience with N8N, Zapier, or other workflow builders.

• Strong familiarity with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or similar LLM frameworks.

• Proficient in JavaScript, Python, or at least basic scripting for logic control.

• Comfortable with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and integrations.

• Understanding of RAG, memory, context windows, and tool use in LLMs.

• Ability to think like a product builder: problem-solving, systemizing, and automating.

• Experience working with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Chroma, Qdrant).

• Strong documentation and system design skills.

Bonus Skills

• Experience building or integrating voice agents, AI chatbots, or multimodal agents.

• Familiarity with tools like Make.com, Bubble.io, or Retool.

• Knowledge of prompt chaining, agents vs. tools design, and function calling.

• Exposure to LangGraph, AutoGen, or Crew AI.
