About the role What you'll do Build and maintain backend systems that let AI agents interface with real services • Design and implement tool-calling pipelines, orchestrators, and external integrations • Work closely with clinical and product teams to define new agent capabilities • Contribute across the stack: APIs, infra, LLM workflows, internal tools Ready to shape the future of healthcare AI? .Help define engineering standards, observability, and system safety at scale • What we're looking for Engineering degree from a Tier 1 institute • 510 years of experience building and maintaining production-grade software • Proficiency in one or more backend languages (e.g. Python, Go, Java) • Solid understanding of databases, APIs, version control, and deployment practices • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward execution • Interest in applied AI and realworld problem-solving
