Job Context & Major Challenges

Major Challenges ¿¿ Plan ,execute and monitor the FRP and Foil production optimising the machine parameters and cost.¿ To establish the feed stock for foil mill from cast coil route, foil rolling process & product quality sigma level to meet high customer expectation with respect to consistent process & quality capability, repeatability of process output, consistent OTIF.¿ To establish the Multi skill and Multi function working environment on shop floor.¿ To implement the early detection & correction procedures for variance from its process mean to bring consistent process & quality capability, reduce rework & improve process time by identifying & eliminating bottlenecks & waiting time.¿ To establish supporting management systems like IMS & EMS and to sustain business by meeting customer demands through regular customer visit and various audits like process audit, product audit¿ To establish monitoring systems like Failure mode and effect analysis ,root cause analysis for early detection & correction of variance from set targets of Volume, Cost, Energy and Customer satisfaction.¿ To train unskilled workmen to work on machine and establish training schedules.¿ To train the workman to deliver the Quality product ,¿ Implementation of WCM¿ Internal & External customer satisfaction.
