• Provide guidance to farmers on modern farming techniques and sustainable practices.
• Offer training and capacity-building support to farmers and communities.
• Advise on issues related to crop growth, pest management, and disease prevention.
• Implement and monitor government agricultural schemes and policies at the local level.
• Ensure efficient delivery of services and resources to the agricultural sector.
• Conduct regular farm visits to assess crop health, soil conditions, and growth rates.
• Collect samples of plants, soil, and livestock for laboratory analysis.
• Maintain detailed records of farm production, conduct surveys, and report findings.
• Serve as a liaison between farmers and government bodies, including local committees and agricultural organizations.
• Collaborate with other agencies, such as Krishi Vigyan Kendras (KVKs), to extend agricultural outreach.
• Provide feedback and data from the field to help in the formulation of agricultural policies.
• Contribute to research efforts to prevent diseases and improve agricultural outcomes.
