Provide guidance to farmers on modern farming techniques and sustainable practices. Offer training and capacity-building support to farmers and communities. Advise on issues related to crop growth, pest management, and disease prevention. Implement and monitor government agricultural schemes and policies at the local level. Ensure efficient delivery of services and resources to the agricultural sector. Conduct regular farm visits to assess crop health, soil conditions, and growth rates. Collect samples of plants, soil, and livestock for laboratory analysis. Maintain detailed records of farm production, conduct surveys, and report findings. Serve as a liaison between farmers and government bodies, including local committees and agricultural organizations. Collaborate with other agencies, such as Krishi Vigyan Kendras (KVKs), to extend agricultural outreach. Provide feedback and data from the field to help in the formulation of agricultural policies. Contribute to research efforts to prevent diseases and improve agricultural outcomes.
