As an AgriBusiness Domain Expert at Bigharvest, a leading Agri-Tech Start-up in Kolkata, you will be responsible for providing specialized knowledge in agricultural marketing, post-harvest management, and value-chain development. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders, conducting field visits, and delivering training and workshops to Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) to enhance awareness and motivation towards agriculture value-chain. Key Responsibilities: - Provide specialized knowledge in agricultural marketing, post-harvest management, and value-chain development - Collaborate with stakeholders to drive agricultural initiatives - Conduct field visits to assess and improve agricultural practices - Deliver training and workshops to FPOs to enhance awareness and motivation Qualifications Required: - Expertise in agribusiness management, post-harvest practices, and value-chain development - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data effectively - Experience in strategy development, implementation, Business Plan, and Detailed Project Report (DPR) formulation - Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective stakeholder engagement - MBA in Agribusiness or equivalent qualification preferred - Knowledge of local agricultural practices and challenges in West Bengal considered a plus Join Bigharvest to contribute to maximizing earnings in the agricultural sector and make a meaningful impact on rural agriculture through FPOs.,
