Agri Tele Marketing Executive

Job Overview: We are seeking an Agriculture Tele Marketer to manage both inbound and outbound calls, engaging with potential farmers and current users. Your primary responsibilities will include providing information about our Agritech solution, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a strong customer-centric approach. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to prospective farmers and FPOs. - Address inbound queries from farmers, offering accurate information. - Follow up on leads and maintain detailed interaction records. - Schedule appointments and provide assistance with Mobile app usage. - Achieve daily and monthly call quotas. - Maintain a professional and amicable demeanor in all interactions. Requirements: - A graduate (preferably in agriculture) with strong communication abilities. - Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Marathi; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous. - Basic computer skills including MS Office and CRM handling. - Previous experience in Agriculture Tele calling, sales, or customer support is desirable.
