Job Description

Position Summary:
Seeking an experienced Agricultural Advisor to guide farmers in improving productivity through better farming practices. Responsibilities include farm visits, technique evaluations, and offering customized, sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise on crop production, irrigation, fertilization, and pest control.
Help create farm plans to improve efficiency and promote sustainability.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s in Agriculture or related field (Master’s preferred).
Practical farming or consulting experience.
Strong knowledge of crops, soil, and pest management.
Problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Basic computer skills.
Fluency in Marathi required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
