AGM/GM (Civil Engineer)

As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the stipulated timelines and quality standards. Your primary focus will be on implementing a "wow factor" in all projects, aiming for excellence in execution. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing a strategic sequence of activities in coordination with key stakeholders for smooth project execution. - Ensuring project profitability by adhering to budgets, verifying estimates, BOQs, BOMs, and conducting regular material audits at sites. - Planning construction activities effectively to meet annual targets, ensuring quality delivery within the allocated budget. - Coordinating with the purchase team to manage vendor enrolment, costs, approvals through Far vision, and facilitating communication between branch offices and the head office. - Overseeing safety measures, staff management, training & development, and ensuring compliance with all legal regulations at the site. We are seeking a Civil Engineer with 18 to 23 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (full-time/regular). Attention to quality and detail is essential for this role, along with proficiency in MS Projects. Experience in handling multiple projects and a track record of achieving customer satisfaction and meeting project objectives are desired qualities.
