Purpose of Job: Ensuring the Company products are promoted in the international markets, thereby leading to increased enquiries, sales and customer satisfaction. Principal Accountabilities: Ø Overlooking the entire responsibilities of the International Business Team Ø Generation Leads for the Business Ø Approaching the customer as per the laid process and generating the inquiry Ø Promoting the company’s products to the Customer / client Ø Negotiating with the Customer and selling the product. Ø Closing the order with the Customer Ø Order processing Ø Taking care of the logistics for the products. Ø MIS Ø Ensuring the collection happens with the respective customer Ø Checking the actual delivery of the material at Customer place. Ø Planning the Client Visit / Region visit / Country visit Ø Planning the Exhibitions for the products Ø Customer Complaints redressal Qualifications & Experience Required: Ø 18 – 20 years working in International Business Ø Worked abroad in similar counties Ø Knowledge about the pulse of doing business in these countries.
