Seeking a financially astute leader with entrepreneurial mind-set to own full P&L responsibility for one of our Hyderabad facility. Drive strategic growth, operational efficiency, and team development in a high-potential precision manufacturing environment.
Strategic & Commercial Leadership
- Develop and execute business strategy, market expansion, and go-to-market plans.
- Lead customer acquisition, key accounts, pricing, negotiations, and growth initiatives.
- Achieve revenue, EBIT, and cash flow targets through budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Perform ROI analysis, risk assessment, and financial reporting.
- Oversee production, supply chain, quality assurance, and Lean/Six Sigma implementation.
- Ensure compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor cross-functional teams; foster accountability and innovation.
- Build OEM/end-user relationships; represent at industry events.
- Education: MBA/Master's (Business/Finance preferred); Engineering Bachelor's is a plus but not mandatory.
