Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the organizations Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) policies, standards, and procedures.
Ensure quality standards are maintained at all stages of construction—from material procurement to project handover.
Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and quality reviews to monitor compliance and identify improvement areas.
Review and approve method statements, quality plans, and inspection test plans (ITPs).
Coordinate with project, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure materials and workmanship meet required quality benchmarks.
Maintain documentation for quality reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), corrective/preventive actions, and audit findings.
Ensure implementation of ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and assist in certification and surveillance audits.
Train site engineers, supervisors, and contractors on quality standards, inspection techniques, and safety practices.
Interface with consultants and clients on quality-related matters and ensure timely resolution of observations.
Drive initiatives for continual improvement in construction quality, reducing rework, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
