Job Description

We are looking for AGM/DGM- Design(Architecture) - Mall, Retail, commercial Experience

Key Responsibilities

1. Design Leadership

Partner with top leadership to develop design frameworks that shape product typology, master planning, and spatial experiences.
Translate business goals into innovative design solutions that deliver commercial success and brand differentiation.

2. End-to-End Design Management

Lead and manage all design phasesfrom concept development, schematic design, and detailed design to construction documentation and execution support.
Oversee design deliverables across architecture, structure, MEP, landscape, interiors, and faade design.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality design packages across all projects, balancing aesthetics, functionality, budget, and timelines.

3. Consultant & Stakeholder Coordination

Identify, appoint, and manage a high-caliber pool of design consultants, architects, engineers, and specialists.
Conduct rigorous design reviews, workshops, and value engineering sessions to extract optimal outcomes.
Act as the bridge between internal teams (Projects, Sales, Marketing, Finance) and external design partners.

4. Regulatory & Technical Oversight

Ensure complete compliance with local building regulations, development control rules, fire safety, NBC, accessibility codes, and statutory requirements.
Provide design support for all pre-approvals, sanction drawings, and authority submissions.
