AGM-TA (Talent Acquisition)

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven AGM – Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment efforts across verticals. This role demands a seasoned HR professional with a strong understanding of talent strategy, employer branding, and stakeholder management. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and driving our growth agenda.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Strategy & Planning:
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals
• Forecast hiring needs and build proactive pipelines for critical roles
• Leadership Hiring & Stakeholder Management:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions
• Partner with business heads to understand talent needs and deliver solutions
• Process Excellence & Automation:
• Drive process improvements and implement recruitment automation tools
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:
• Strengthen employer brand through campaigns, social media, and partnerships
• Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
• Team Leadership & Vendor Management:
• Mentor and manage a team of recruiters and TA specialists
• Build and manage relationships with external recruitment partners

Desired Expertise & Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in large-scale or fast-paced environments
• Proven success in leadership hiring and strategic workforce planning
• Strong understanding of recruitment technologies, ATS platforms, and analytics
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
• MBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
