Role & responsibilities

Lead - Sales is overall responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring technical support for Transmission industry - Towers, hardware, OPGW, Conductors, energy consulting in the African Market. This role demands strong technical and market knowledge, along with proven sales and team management ability.

Preferred candidate profile

B.E (Electrical Engineering) + MBA
10 years + Experience of sales or business development experience in the Transmission industry - Towers, hardware, OPGW, Conductors, energy consulting
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in an industrial or technical product environment.
Willingness to travel domestically for client meetings, industry events, and site visits.
Proficiency with customer relationship management tools, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting platforms.
Good leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills; excellent written and verbal communication.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and digital safety management systems.
