Job Description

As the Assistant General Manager (AGM) for retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all retail operations across multiple stores. Your key duties will include managing store performance, supervising staff, controlling inventory, implementing visual merchandising strategies, planning sales activities, executing promotions, enhancing customer experience, and budgeting for operational expenses. You will collaborate closely with production, supply chain, and marketing teams to drive sales growth, ensure process compliance, and implement strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Reporting to the General Manager, you will serve as the second-in-command for all retail operation activities.
