Job Description

You have an exciting opportunity to join a Japan-based multinational manufacturing and trading conglomerate in Delhi. As a professional with over 10 years of experience, you will be responsible for handling Mergers & Acquisitions, JV structuring, and General Corporate Advisory matters. Key Responsibilities: - Hands-on experience in M&A, investment/divestment deals, and JV structuring - Strong expertise in drafting and negotiation of SHA, SPA, Term Sheets, JV Agreements, and NDAs - Solid understanding of FEMA, RBI regulations, Anti-Bribery/ABC laws, and Competition Law Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in a reputed law firm and in-house legal team of an MNC - Exposure to Japanese clients or familiarity with Japanese work culture is highly preferred If you meet the requirements and are interested in this opportunity, please reach out at sonika@vahura.com for a confidential discussion.,
