Job Description

As a professional with 10+ years of experience in Mergers & Acquisition, JV structuring, and General Corporate Advisory matters, you have a great opportunity to join a Japan-based multinational manufacturing and trading conglomerate in Delhi. Key Responsibilities: - Hands-on experience in M&A, investment/divestment deals, and JV structuring - Strong expertise in drafting and negotiating SHA, SPA, Term Sheets, JV Agreements, and NDAs - Solid understanding of FEMA, RBI regulations, Anti-Bribery/ABC laws, and Competition Law Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in a reputed law firm and in-house legal team of an MNC - Exposure to Japanese clients or familiarity with Japanese work culture is highly preferred If you are interested in this position or know someone who fits the criteria, please reach out at sonika@vahura.com for a confidential discussion.,
