Basic and Detail engineering of Material handling system/ equipment for Steel Plant application e.g., Blast Furnace stock House and associated material handling system/ equipment including preparation of Cyclogram, Proportioning Bin building, Crushing, screening and associated material handling system for Sinter Plant. Similar experience in material handling system for Pellet plant, Converter plant material handling system, preparation of necessary documentation, preparation of technical specification for procurement, evaluation of technical offers from suppliers, Evaluation suppliers drawings, leading a group of designers and providing them necessary inputs, Interface checking with other departments. Execution of engineering with desirable quality within project time schedule and budgeted cost. Technical discussion with suppliers and customers.

Work Experience

Hands on experience of preparation of mechanical layout, Basic drawings and Detail drawings including bill of material-based on BD/ BE input, basic mechanical calculation skill, Knowledge of Indian and International standards (ISO/ DIN / DIN EN / ANSI etc.)

Reasonably good in communication and written/ spoken English

Excellent in Auto cad, Word / Excel / Power point / Outlook

12 15 years in Basic and Detail engineering of Steel plant equipment, preferably in material handling system/ equipment. Hands on experience in 2D drawing preparation. Related site experience of erection and commissioning is desirable. Working experience in project environment with awareness of contract and timelines.
