The company provides a wide range of services related to capital market operations, including maintaining shareholder records, handling share transfers in both physical and dematerialized forms, and assisting with rematerialization, address changes, and other investor services. Big share also manages corporate actions such as dividend distributions, bonus and rights issues, IPO allotments, and open offers. It is particularly known for its role as a registrar for IPOs, supporting companies through the entire pre-issue, allotment, and listing processes. With a strong reputation for regulatory compliance and service quality, Big share has consistently ranked among the top RTAs in India and serves a diverse clientele, including listed companies, PSUs, MNCs, and private firms.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Merchant Bankers, Brokers, and Syndicate Broker teams to manage and verify brokerage and commission calculations.
  • Oversee the end-to-end processing of brokerage computations in coordination with key stakeholders, including Merchant Bankers, Stock Exchanges, SCSBs, and Sponsor Banks.
  • Address and resolve queries related to brokerage and commission raised by brokers and banks in a timely manner.
  • Ensure implementation of regulatory updates and system changes as mandated by SEBI, Stock Exchanges, and Depositories.
  • Manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and numerical proficiency to handle large datasets and complex computations effectively.
  • Possess sound knowledge of primary and secondary capital market operations (preferred).
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Qualification: Graduate / Post-Graduate

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
