AGM - IPO Commission & Brokerage

As a candidate for the position, your role will involve liaising and coordinating with Merchant Bankers, Brokers, and the Syndicate Brokers team for Brokerage and Commission calculation. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of Brokerage calculation by collaborating with various stakeholders such as Merchant Banker, Stock Exchanges, SCSBs, and Sponsor Bank. Additionally, you will address queries related to Brokerage and commission from Brokers and Banks. It will be your responsibility to implement changes in application issues as mandated by regulators like SEBI, Exchanges, and Depositories. Working under strict timelines for various assignments to ensure early closure will be crucial. Your analytical skills will be essential for handling substantial numbers in various assignments. Having knowledge of Primary and Secondary Capital market products will be considered an added advantage. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PPT is required for this role. Good English communication skills, both in reading and writing, are essential for effective coordination with stakeholders.
