Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead the planning, conceptualization, and design of interior spaces for residential, Villa, and mixed-use projects.
Collaborate with project heads, architects, consultants, and clients to finalize design concepts.
Prepare and review detailed drawings, BOQs, layouts, 3D visualizations, and material specifications.
Ensure alignment of interior designs with architectural plans, services, and project requirements.
Research and recommend new trends, sustainable materials, and innovative design solutions.
Manage vendor/contractor relationships for interior execution, procurement, and quality checks.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines for interior works.
Conduct site visits to ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained.
Guide and mentor the design team to deliver creative and practical solutions.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and organizational policies.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong creativity and aesthetic sense with functional design approach.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, Photoshop, and MS Office.
Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and market trends.
Strong project management, budgeting, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
