About the role:

• We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect cum Interior Designer with a strong passion for real estate development.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing architectural and interior design projects from concept to completion.
• This is a full-time onsite position based in Gurugram, offering an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organization in the real estate sector

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts and interior layouts for residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, 3D visualizations, and mood boards.
• Coordinate with civil engineers, project managers, and contractors to ensure design integrity and timely execution.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fittings in line with design aesthetics and budget.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and local norms.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality control during execution.
• Provide innovative space planning and design solutions that enhance functionality and visual appeal.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to deliver design presentations to clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or Interior Design (or related field).
• 24 years of relevant work experience in architecture and interior design, preferably in real estate.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or equivalent design tools.
• Strong knowledge of materials, textures, and color palettes.
• Good understanding of construction processes, BOQs, and site execution.
• Excellent visualization, communication, and client-interfacing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
