We are currently looking for an experienced and dynamic Assistant General Manager - HR to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in hiring sales teams, preferably in luxury brands. This strategic leadership role involves leading talent acquisition and HR operations, managing a team of recruiters, overseeing the recruitment lifecycle, and driving HR policies and procedures. The GM-HR will be responsible for spearheading recruitment initiatives across Pan India, hiring 250+ employees, and establishing a team of HR recruiters. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for hiring top-tier sales professionals in the luxury real estate sector. - Manage a team of recruiters to ensure hiring targets are met for multiple locations. - Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding, to provide a seamless candidate experience. - Design and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business goals. - Develop best practices for employee engagement, retention, and performance management. Minimum Requirements: - Education: MBA in Human Resources from a recognized institution. - Experience: At least 5 years of HR experience, with a focus on hiring for luxury sales teams. Real estate hiring experience is advantageous. Proven Expertise: - Successfully hired and managed a team of recruiters. - Ability to recruit sales professionals across various locations. Location: The candidate must be based in Bangalore.
