Job Description

18-25 years of experience in managing high rise residential construction projects or similar industries. B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil or related field; MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory. Proven track record of successfully executing large-scale construction projects on time and within budget constraints. Roles and Responsibilities Manage multiple construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards. Oversee project management activities such as site monitoring, progress tracking, and risk mitigation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery. Develop and implement effective project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet client expectations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
