Position Specific duties :
1.Provide technical leadership
2.Establishing product technology roadmap, drive solution modernization and ensure compliance to global business needs
3.Partners with Product Manager and Solution Architect in establishing product vision, roadmap and focusing on delivering high value slices
4.Ensures development standards are adhered to and coach them to deliver on high quality standards
5.Promotes and influences DevSecOps mindset within the team, strong engineering practices such as observability, availability, engineering metrics, etc.
6.Demonstrates ability to make right technology decisions balancing financial impact, business needs and enterprise technology directions
7.Drives staffing and technical capability decision needs to ensure high quality delivery of the product outcomes. Demonstrates strong focus on talent development and growth
8.Exhibits strong skills in interpersonal communications, collaboration & conflict resolution
Required skill :
8+ years of Broad technical knowledge across technologies such as Java / React / Data Engineering / AWS / Databases / Web Infrastructure. Experience in building scalable, reliable and highly available applications
5+ years of experience in software engineering leadership of driving engineering practices of CI/CD, Security, TDD, automation, observability and overall modernization effort
3+ years of effective interpersonal skills influencing stakeholders, driving negotiation and effectively resolving conflicts
2+ years of experience with Agile development process and methodology
Experience with proven results related to technical leadership and project successes
AI Experience is must to have
Understanding of Customer Success Platform
Desired Experience :
1.Experience demonstrating servant leadership, learning agility and growth mindset
2.Demonstrated passion for technical learning and driving areas for improvement
3.Good understanding and implementation of cloud technologies
4.Understanding of Channel systems or experience with working Channel facing solutions
