Production & Operations :-

• Managing the assembly line workmen for achieving the periodic

  production targets. Formulating & ensuring implementation of the operational budgets for production & maintenance.

• Identifying areas of improvement and recommending Process modifications and power, fuel saving projects to Enhance operational efficiencies of machine / equipment & reducing the energy consumption.
