Job Description

As a Product Manager at Dr. Lal PathLabs, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing product strategy for various customer segments, ensuring both physical and digital deployment to solidify our position as a leader in the wellness market. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Revenue Achievement:** You will be responsible for achieving revenue targets through product sales. This involves designing and implementing marketing plans to drive product adoption across COCO and FOFO channels with the support of sales and operations teams. - **Product Strategy & Life-cycle Management:** Conduct market research to gather consumer insights and use them to design competitive consumer products like preventive health packages. This includes designing, pricing, positioning, and managing the lifecycle of the products. - **Customer Segmentation, New Product Development & Innovation:** Spend 8-10 days monthly in the field to analyze customer segments and needs. Based on these insights, conceptualize and launch health packages tailored to different segments such as lifestyle, age, demographics, and occupation. Collaborate with sales to customize region-specific offerings for increased sales revenue. - **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and IT teams to ensure seamless product adoption, promotion, and service delivery. - **Product Vision, Research & Planning:** Lead market research, consumer insight mining, and competitive analysis to identify unmet needs and product opportunities. Define the business case, opportunity sizing, and product strategy aligned with organizational goals. - **High-Impact Project & Stakeholder Management:** Drive the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring clear timelines, ownership, and governance. Collaborate with internal teams for timely inputs and cross-functional buy-ins. - **Campaign & GTM Execution:** Collaborate on 360 launch campaigns across various platforms to ensure timely and consistent rollout aligned with the product proposition. **Qualifications Required:** - MBA/PGDM in Marketing - 8-10 years of experience in product management In this role, you will need to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in BI tools and MS Office Suite, data-driven decision-making skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and successful collaboration across functions.
