Job Description

As a Cluster Strategic Account Manager at Vodafone Idea Limited (VIL), your role is crucial in managing and driving the revenues of selected accounts to achieve market leadership in the large corporate segment. Your responsibilities include: - Revenue Management: - Achieve circle budgeted revenue target for all VBS products from allocated HQ accounts. - Enhance revenue by adding quality sales with high ARPU. - Manage & grow existing revenue-generating farming accounts. - Generate new revenue by adding new products and services in new and existing accounts. - Deliver Mobility Voice & Data targets along with Fixed-line order booking and revenue. - Business Development: - Achieve new account opening targets for both Mobility and Atlas. - Participate actively in all National programs & Initiatives. - Generate pipelines for large opportunities in Mobility and fixed categories. - Guide & Assist local marketing team in your accounts. - Process Management: - Utilize SFDC appropriately and maintain forecast accuracy within 5% of committed revenue forecast. - Adhere to sales processes including Tariff Approvals, Bid management, OMT, A/c enlistment, etc. - Conduct financial analysis for existing accounts. - Drive CXO level Engagement in nominated accounts. - HSW Compliance: - Ensure adherence to HSW norms. Your success in this role will depend on: - Continuous Learning & Empowering Talent - Effective communication - Decision-making and delivering results - Building strategic relationships and organizational agility Key Qualifications and Experience: - 2-6 years of experience in B2B sales and account management. - Proven track record in meeting revenue and number targets. - Experience in C & C-1 Level engagement.
