As a part of Xapads Media, your role will involve technical onboarding of new tier 1 supply partners and ensuring day-to-day integration for supply across the performance segment. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical infrastructure to facilitate the onboarding process for OEM Partners, Tier 1 Apps, Keyboard apps, and short-video apps. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create technical infrastructure to assist in onboarding Premium and Tier 1 Partners for running CPI, CPR, and CPA Campaigns. - Serve as a Tech-Account manager for onboarded Partners, aiding them in scaling the business daily. - Establish a connection between supply and campaign execution (KPIs, Fraud Hygiene, P&L) via Mobile App attribution platforms like Appsflyer, Branch.io, Adjust, Kochava, and Singular. - Integrate publisher partners through S2S, API, RTB, or MMP integrations. - Promote mobile Performance campaigns (CPI, CPR, CPA) to achieve delivery with requested KPIs and Quality. - Act as the primary point of contact between supply, sales, and data operations teams while leading the account management of allocated accounts. - Develop strong relationships and understanding with a diverse range of OEMs, Direct Apps, and SDK Partners to enhance global activity. In addition, you may also be involved in: - Leading or being part of the team running Display campaigns and maintaining KPIs, Hygiene, and P&L. - Ensuring DV360 and TrueView best practices with a focus on platform expertise, consistency, and quality of work delivery. - Coordinating with Creative teams (internal and client-side) to obtain creatives as per the guidelines of requested panels. - Identifying and managing campaign KPIs as agreed upon by sales & agency. - Analyzing campaign data and making applicable optimizations to meet campaign goals. - Maintaining P&L for executed campaigns. **Qualifications and Skills:** - Minimum 6.0 years of relevant experience in the field of Mobile performance (CPI, CPR, CPA). - Preference given to candidates with experience in mobile user acquisition and re-engagement activity over premium supply channels like OEM, Programmatic, P2P Sharing Apps, Keyboard Apps, & Direct Apps.
