As an Agility Senior Associate in the Digital - Self Service Enablement Team, your role involves guiding and supporting solution delivery teams in adopting agile practices throughout the product development lifecycle. You will facilitate group discussions, decision-making processes, and collaborative activities to promote continuous improvement and high performance. Your coaching, communication, and leadership skills will be crucial in managing complex projects, fostering innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate the adoption and adaptation of agile methodologies within teams, providing guidance, training, and support for continuous improvement and high performance. - Create a collaborative environment that encourages open dialogue and effective conflict resolution within teams. - Enable agile project delivery by prioritizing tasks and managing resources to address complex situations and achieve project goals. - Analyze policies, identify barriers, and apply critical thinking skills to overcome challenges in the product development lifecycle. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in guiding teams to adopt agile methodologies and practices. - Comprehensive understanding of product development lifecycle stages, methodologies, and best practices. - Proficiency in facilitating group discussions, decision-making processes, and collaborative activities to achieve product goals. - Proficiency in agile delivery and coaching teams towards continuous improvement and high performance. Additional Details: Formal training in Agile coaching and recognized coaching certifications (such as PMP, PMI-ACP, ICF-ACC/PCC) would be advantageous for this role.,
