This is a remote, part-time role ideal for professionals with a 9-to-5 job who want to help others grow in the field of Agile and Scrum . As a trainer, you’ll be responsible for developing a training pack , delivering high-quality live training (1-on-1 or in small groups), and providing support to students as they master the essentials of Agile Scrum. Key Responsibilities Conduct live remote training sessions on Agile Scrum Master principles, roles, ceremonies, and practical applications. Develop and deliver a comprehensive training pack including slides, exercises, and real-world case studies. Guide students through Scrum fundamentals – roles, artifacts, ceremonies, and best practices. Provide practical coaching on Scrum implementation, team dynamics, and servant leadership. Adapt training schedules to align with student and trainer availability. Offer constructive feedback and support to help students become proficient in Agile practices. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as an Agile Scrum Master. In-depth understanding of Scrum principles, frameworks, and tools . Strong communication skills and the ability to engage learners remotely. Experience in mentoring, coaching, or delivering training is a plus.
