Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and growing a team of 10-12 product engineers. Conducting regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning will be a part of your routine. It will be essential to foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture. Your role will also involve managing the Product Delivery life cycle, Release Train Engineering (RTE), and Implementation. You will own the end-to-end delivery of the product lifecycle, ensuring timelines, quality, and alignment with stakeholders. Collaboration with Product Managers, Designers, vendors, and QA to define scope and priorities will be crucial. Additionally, you will actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and product release cycles.
