Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and growing a team of 10-12 product engineers. Conducting regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning will be a part of your routine. It will be essential to foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture. Your role will also involve managing the Product Delivery life cycle, Release Train Engineering (RTE), and Implementation. You will own the end-to-end delivery of the product lifecycle, ensuring timelines, quality, and alignment with stakeholders.
