Agile Project Manager

As an Agile Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading Agile software development initiatives, serving as both Project Manager and Scrum Master across cross-functional teams. You will manage the entire Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) from requirements gathering and analysis to design, development, deployment, and post-launch support. Your role will involve coordinating with distributed teams including Business Analysts, UI/Backend Developers, QA, DevOps, and Support to ensure seamless execution. Your key responsibilities will include: - Driving Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Reviews/Demos, and backlog grooming - Delivering projects under Fixed Price and Time & Material (T&M) engagement models, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence - Collaborating closely with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide transparent status updates, and ensure alignment with business goals - Proactively identifying and mitigating project risks, blockers, and dependencies to maintain delivery momentum - Championing software development best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines across teams - Facilitating communication between business and technical teams by understanding high-level architecture and system design - Leveraging working knowledge of Angular and Node.js to validate technical solutions, support decision-making, and unblock development teams As an Agile Project Manager, you are required to have the following qualifications: - 13-16 years of experience in Agile software development - Proven experience in managing Agile projects and serving as a Scrum Master - Strong knowledge of Angular and Node.js - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, please provide them for a more comprehensive overview.,
