As an experienced project manager, you will be collaborating with multidisciplinary product teams on technical implementation and software experiences. Your role will involve working on Agile methodology, adapting quickly to changing technology requirements, and demonstrating proven project management skills in fast-paced environments. You should have experience in handling complex multi-functional projects and programs, particularly in Agile methodology. Your high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Proficient in Agile project methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence - Managing complex Web & Mobile applications - Working in a team environment, including cross-functional teams and business users - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Managing project priorities and resource assignments - Overseeing project estimations and development of project deliverables - Establishing and maintaining processes to manage scope throughout the project lifecycle - Identifying and managing project issues - Working on multiple projects simultaneously Qualifications Required: - MBA or B Tech with a flair for Project Management - 2 or more years of experience in project management in a small to mid-size organization - Proven track record as a project leader - Project management/training and/or certification will be an added advantage - Experience in handling NetSuite, Salesforce.com, Force.com, Python, Java, or PHP projects as a leader - Good Project Management Skills - Expertise in project tools like JIRA and other Project Management tools - Understanding of business processes and business analysis techniques It is important to note that the company is looking to expand the team for upcoming projects and values individuals who can own the application development lifecycle and leverage Agile/Iterative methodology to deliver software systems efficiently.
