Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop

  multi-agent AI frameworks

  using technologies like

  LangChain, AutoGen, AutoGPT

  , and

  Ray

  .
• Integrate

  LLMs

  from providers like

  OpenAI

  and

  Hugging Face

  ; build and optimize

  RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation)

  pipelines.
• Design effective

  prompt engineering

  techniques and behaviors for autonomous and semi-autonomous agents.
• Implement and manage

  short-term/long-term memory systems

  , maintain

  conversation state

  , and optimize context retrieval.
• Develop

  knowledge integration layers

  across

  SQL/NoSQL databases, vector stores (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone), APIs

  , and

  internal documentation systems

  .
• Build robust

  observability and debugging tools

  using tools like

  Langfuse

  , and implement logging and monitoring dashboards.
• Enforce

  AI safety, compliance, and human-in-the-loop controls

  to ensure ethical and responsible AI use.
• Handle

  cloud deployment and CI/CD pipelines

  using

  Docker, Kubernetes, FastAPI

  , and deploy across

  AWS/GCP/Azure

  environments.

Required Skills:

• 5-10 years of experience in AI/ML or software engineering
• Proficiency in

  Python

  and relevant AI libraries
• Hands-on experience with

  LLMs

  and orchestration frameworks
• Knowledge of

  vector databases

  ,

  data ingestion

  , and

  retrieval systems

  Experience with

  CI/CD pipelines

  ,

  containerization

  , and

  cloud deployment

• Understanding of

  AI observability

  , security, and compliance mechanisms

Good to Have:

• Experience in
