Mobile Software Development Engineer III

About the Role

We are seeking a Mobile SDE III (Flutter + Kotlin) to join our engineering team. You will be

responsible for building robust, scalable, and user-centric Android and cross-platform

applications that power critical customer journeys. As a senior individual contributor, you will

work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless mobile

experiences, while mentoring junior engineers and driving mobile architecture decisions.

What You Will Do

1. Mobile Engineering Excellence

• Own end-to-end development of critical features in Flutter and Kotlin.
• Contribute to mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, Redux).
• Build modular, testable, and maintainable codebases aligned with platform

guidelines.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring for mobile apps.
• Optimize app performance (startup time, responsiveness, memory usage, and crash

rates).

2. Collaboration & Delivery

• Partner with backend, product, and design teams to scope, plan, and deliver highquality features.
• Actively participate in sprint ceremonies, system design reviews, and release

planning.

• Collaborate on observability, analytics, and A/B testing integrations for data-driven

decisions.

3. Mentorship & Best Practices

• Mentor junior engineers in Flutter and Kotlin best practices.
• Lead knowledge-sharing sessions to raise team capabilities.
• Promote engineering excellence through code reviews, automation, and architecture

discussions.

What You Will Need

• 4-6 years of professional experience in Flutter + Kotlin development.
• Strong expertise in cross-platform mobile app development (Flutter) and native

Android (Kotlin).

• Hands-on experience with offline-first design, caching, and data synchronization.
• Proficiency with Firebase (Crashlytics, Analytics), CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring

tools.

• Strong skills in debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving.
• Experience working in cross-functional agile teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, ride-hailing, or other high-scale transactional platforms.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and multi-language app support.
