Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a Technical Lead to drive the development of our Agentic AI Workflow solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in AI technologies and cloud architecture. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development team in creating Agentic AI workflows using Auto-gen, Llama, and Langgraph. Participate in the end-to-end development of at least three real-world use cases, including document-related solutions and agent interactions. Ensure effective orchestration, job queuing, and load balancing within AI workflows. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions. Mentor junior developers and assist in troubleshooting technical issues. Required Skills and Technologies: Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with LLMs such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Llama. Understanding of hyperscaler platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud). Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Experience in developing AI applications and workflows. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on AI technologies.
