What You’ll Own

• Build agentic AI systems that can plan, reason, and execute real multi-step tasks.
• Design agents using LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or your own architecture.
• Wire agents to APIs, internal tools, CRMs, databases, workflow engines, etc.
• Create RAG pipelines, memory systems, and context management.
• Build tool-enabled agents (search, codegen, scheduling, analytics, automation).
• Experiment with multi-agent setups for operations, growth, and product workflows.
• Prototype fast → iterate faster → ship to production.

You’re a Fit If You

• Live in Python and are comfortable with APIs and integrations.
• Have shipped things using LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, etc.).
• Have built or experimented with agents, not just prompts.
• Understand vector stores, embeddings, retrieval, and evaluation.
• Think in systems and love autonomy + automation.
• Thrive in an on-site, fast-paced startup energy.

Bonus Points

• Built side projects using agentic frameworks.
• Experience with async Python, microservices, Docker.
• You follow frontier AI releases and try them the same day.
• You enjoy whiteboards, hack sessions, and rapid prototyping.
