Agent Hiring Manager

Role Overview: As an Associate Agency Development Manager at our company in Bangalore, Karnataka, your responsibilities will include developing various sources of agent hiring, building a team of agents and agent pipeline, conducting activities to enhance existing agent footfall for generating fresh referrals, implementing MNYL GOLD process, adhering to business norms, and following the agent 9 pointer hiring mechanism and other hiring norms. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree is required.
