Role Overview: As a member of Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) team, your role will be vital in shaping the future of advertising in the AI-era. You will act as a strategic partner to the world's leading brands and agencies, helping them navigate industry shifts and drive business performance by selling Google's suite of advertising solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Engage and influence key customer stakeholders by leading strategic meetings to uncover marketing goals and Key Performance Indicators, translating them into actionable campaign strategies. - Drive excellent campaign results, quantify business impact, and demonstrate value to customers, while maintaining account hygiene. - Build and pitch data-driven solutions to maximize customer value through Google's advertising solutions, manage objections, and achieve sales growth goals. - Analyze campaign data to ensure accurate performance tracking, delivering measurable results aligned with customer objectives. - Monitor performance data to extract key insights, identify qualified upsell opportunities, drive future customer growth, and build pipeline. Qualifications Required: Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree in a business-related field. - 3 years of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns and relationships with customers or agencies. - 2 years of project management experience, working in a complex, matrixed organization. - 1 year of leadership experience.,
