Role Overview: As a member of Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) team, your role will be vital in shaping the future of advertising in the AI-era. You will act as a strategic partner to the world's leading brands and agencies, helping them navigate industry shifts and drive business performance by selling Google's suite of advertising solutions. Your passion for sales, knowledge of online media, and commitment to customer success will be key in achieving extraordinary outcomes for both Google and your customers. Key Responsibilities: - Engage and influence key customer stakeholders by leading strategic meetings to uncover marketing goals and Key Performance Indicators, translating them into actionable campaign strategies. - Drive excellent campaign results, quantify business impact, and demonstrate value to customers, while maintaining account hygiene. - Build and pitch data-driven solutions to maximize customer value through Google's advertising solutions, manage objections, and achieve sales growth goals. - Analyze campaign data to ensure accurate performance tracking, delivering measurable results aligned with customer objectives. - Monitor performance data to extract key insights, identify qualified upsell opportunities, drive future customer growth, and build pipeline. Qualifications Required: Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree in a business-related field. - 3 years of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns and relationships with customers or agencies. - 2 years of project management experience, working in a complex, matrixed organization. - 1 year of leadership experience.,
