Job Description

As a Sales Manager at Google, you will have the opportunity to work from preferred locations such as Mumbai, Maharashtra, India or Gurugram, Haryana, India. You should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience along with at least 5 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role. Additionally, having a Master's degree in a business-related field and 3 years of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns and relationships with customers or agencies is preferred. You should also have 2 years of project management experience in a complex, matrixed organization and at least 1 year of leadership experience. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging and influencing key customer stakeholders by leading strategic meetings to uncover marketing goals and Key Performance Indicators, translating them into actionable campaign strategies. You will drive excellent campaign results, quantify business impact, and demonstrate value to customers while maintaining account hygiene. Moreover, you will build and pitch data-driven solutions to maximize customer value through Google's advertising solutions, manage objections, and achieve sales growth goals. Analyzing campaign data to ensure performance is accurately tracked and delivering measurable results aligned with customer objectives will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, monitoring performance data to extract key insights, identifying and cultivating qualified upsell opportunities to drive future customer growth and build pipeline will be crucial for success in this role.
