Agency Manager(ALM)

As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to prospect, meet, and convert potential customers to consistently achieve sales targets. You will be tasked with recruiting high-quality Agency Leaders and Insurance Advisors by identifying and sourcing individuals through presentations, follow-ups, and collection of necessary documentation. Ensuring the attendance of prospective Advisors and Agency Leaders in training programs will also be a part of your role. Training the Agency Leader and Insurance Advisors through classroom and on-the-job training, which includes accompanying them on sales calls and conducting mock presentations, will be vital in helping them achieve their sales targets. Planning and implementing the achievement of sales targets on a monthly basis by setting individual targets for each team member and considering their potential will be crucial to the success of the business. Additionally, you will be expected to lead, motivate, and develop the team of Agency Leaders and Insurance Advisors. Sustaining a motivated team through personal examples, motivational sessions, and feedback programs will be essential in driving their performance and overall success.
