As an Agency Manager at Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company, your primary role is to enable the achievement of key business outcomes by focusing on building a quality Agency through hiring and skilling, and ensuring adherence to all statutory and compliance requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Achieve Business Plans by managing all parameters of the business including recruitment, activation, premium collection, case rate, case count, and persistency. - Engage, motivate, and ensure productivity of Agents by maintaining strong relationships, constant induction, activation, and driving incentive schemes. - Support Agents in addressing their requirements/concerns and manage channel conflicts within the team. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory norms and company policies. - Set goals for all Agents, review, monitor, and mentor their progress regularly to ensure goal achievement. - Conduct regular field observations, demonstrations, and Agent visits to support the agency force. - Understand Agents" businesses thoroughly to identify opportunities for business development and revenue generation. - Achieve product-wise targets and profitability. **Key Requirements:** **Education & Certificates:** - Graduation in any discipline from a recognized educational institute. **Experience & Skills:** - 4-6 years of relevant work experience.
