Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage agency channel sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing agents, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Recruit new agents into the agency network, providing training and support to ensure they meet sales targets.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop effective sales strategies and improve overall agency performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-7 years of experience in general insurance sales or a related field (health and motor insurance sales preferred).
Strong understanding of motor insurance products and services offered by various companies.
Proven track record in developing successful partnerships with agents or brokers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
