Agency Lead- Ad sales

You are an experienced and dynamic Agency Lead with an MBA qualification and 7-12 years of experience in agency/brand sales, partnerships, or business development within the digital marketing, advertising, or media industry. Located in Mumbai, you will work 5 days a week. Your role involves driving partnerships with agencies and brands, focusing on acquiring bulk orders and onboarding clients to the platform. Leveraging your network and industry expertise, you will generate revenue and help scale operations. Your key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with agencies, media buyers, and brands, presenting the platform's value proposition to secure bulk orders and long-term contracts, analyzing industry trends to craft tailored offerings, serving as the primary point of contact for agencies, and developing strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams and preparation of regular reports are also part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should possess strong networking and negotiation skills, a proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
