Location: West Bengal Kolkata Siliguri Darjeeling Cooch Behar Jalpaiguri Assam, Sikkim, Tripura, Mizoram, Manipur Guwahati North Lakhimpur Jorhat Barpeta Agartala Aizawl Imphal Gangtok Orissa and Jharkhand Bhubaneswar Sambalpur Cuttack Rourkela Designation Associate Area Business Manager Area Business Manager Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field Relevant certifications in insurance or sales (e.g., IRDAI certification) would be a plus Experience: Sales of 2+ years(BFSI Industry Preferred) Skills Ability to analyze data and market trends Communication skill Team Handling Experience Sales and target-driven mindset CTC As per industry standards with lucrative incentives Job Description Recruiting and building high performing distribution network of Part Time Employees (PTEs)called as Financial Consultants (FCs) Training, motivating and driving these FCs to recruit Advisors (agents)and sell insurance through them Ability to analyze data and market trends Ensuring quality of business and persistency Meeting prospective customers with FCs to sell insurance solutions Providing pre and post sales service support Making the FCs and Advisors fulfill their financial goals Ensuring FCs and Advisors to use latest digital platforms and are engaged well towards productivity One who loves the challenge of chasing and meeting sales targets by mentoring Financial Consultants from varied age group and experience Why to join HDFC Life?
