Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Advisor/Agent Recruitment & Onboarding

Identify and recruit Advisors/Agents as per defined targets
Provide training to Advisors on products and business processes
Conduct induction and orientation programs for new Advisors

Sales Development & Target Achievement

Drive sales performance through the Advisor network
Plan and execute sales campaigns to meet business targets
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics

Performance Management

Monitor and enhance productivity of Advisors
Support Advisors in achieving their business goals
Conduct regular performance reviews

Training & Development

Provide ongoing training, refresher sales sessions, coaching, and motivational support
Organize workshops and seminars for skill enhancement

Compliance & Process Adherence

Ensure adherence to company compliance and regulatory standards
Monitor and enforce process compliance in Advisor interactions

Preferred Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline (minimum requirement)
Candidates with an MBA or postgraduate qualification in Sales/Marketing will be preferred
1-15 years of experience in agency sales, ideally within insurance, banking, or financial services
Exposure to field sales and channel recruitment is an added advantage
